Specialist in Criminal Procedure Law, with extensive experience defending complex cases involving money laundering, asset forfeiture, organized crime, and crimes against public administration.

He has participated in investigations and trials involving senior executives, public officials, and various entities in both the public and private sectors.

He holds a Law degree from Universidad de San Martín de Porres, a Master’s in Criminal Sciences from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and a Doctorate in Law from Universidad de San Martín de Porres. He also completed a specialization in Oral Litigation at Universidad de Santo Tomás (Colombia).

He is the author of several books and articles on criminal and procedural law, and has taught at the Law School of Universidad de San Martín de Porres as well as at the Judicial Academy.
