Specialist in Corporate Law, Civil Law, International Law, and Compliance, with extensive experience advising national, foreign, and international companies.

Her practice covers compliance with legal, labor, civil, and tax obligations, legal risk assessment, and consulting on international technical and financial cooperation projects.

She regularly advises on corporate matters, corporate governance, civil and commercial contracts, as well as the design and implementation of compliance and crime prevention programs. She has also led internal investigations across various business sectors.

She holds a Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, a Master’s in Criminal Compliance from Universidad Castilla-La Mancha (Spain), and pursued a Master’s in International Economic Law at the same institution. She also holds certifications as a Lead Implementer in Risk Management ISO 31000:2018, ISO 37001, and is an accredited Extrajudicial Conciliator by the Ministry of Justice.

She has taught courses on Legal Research and Legal Entities at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
