Specialist in legal and regulatory advisory in Energy Law and Administrative Law, with extensive experience in commercial negotiations, project management, and legal and regulatory risk analysis.

He has advised companies in the energy, electricity, and hydrocarbons sectors, both from industry associations and within the industry itself. He served as Legal Advisor for the Electricity and Hydrocarbons sectors at the National Society of Mining, Oil, and Energy, and later joined Repsol Peru as Senior Legal Counsel. At Repsol, he led the legal management of SOLGAS S.A. (formerly Repsol Gas del Perú) and subsequently of Refinería La Pampilla S.A.A.

He holds a Law degree from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, with postgraduate studies in Energy Law and Corporate Law. He is a national and international speaker on sector-related topics and an active member of the Ibero-American Association of Energy Law (ASIDE) and the Ibero-American Association of Regulatory Studies (ASIER).
