He has participated in investigations and trials involving senior executives, public officials, and various entities in both the public and private sectors.

His practice focuses on crimes related to business activities, including corporate, tax, customs, environmental offenses, money laundering, and the criminal liability of executives and officials.

He holds a Law degree from the Universidad de San Martín de Porres, where he also earned a Doctorate in Law. He pursued a Master’s in Criminal Sciences at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and completed a specialization in Oral Litigation at the Universidad de Santo Tomás (Colombia)

He is the author of several books and articles on criminal and procedural law, and has taught at the Faculty of Law of Universidad de San Martín de Porres as well as at the Academy of the Judiciary.

He has been a professor and researcher at the Academia de la Magistratura and has taught courses at several universities in the country.
